Returns & Exchanges Policy

All Shaddy Co. products are made to order. Because each item is printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind.

We do accept returns or replacements for:

• Defective or damaged items
• Incorrect items received (wrong size, wrong design)

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at (shaddycosurfwear@gmail.com) with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable items:

• Items ordered in the correct size that don't fit as expected
• Items damaged due to improper care
